The SB-04 system unit performs the functions of calculation, data archiving, interface support, and provides stable power to all elements of the heat meter. It contains:

• motherboard (computer board);
• the power supply of the system unit and all measurement modules connected to it;
• connection board for connecting the mains power cable, communication line cables with measuring modules and cables of various interfaces;
• hermetic leads for these cables;
• a strap for fastening metal jackets and/or cables.

Compared with the SB-04 variant, the SB-05 variant has smaller dimensions and weight, the maximum number of metering units and the number of connected measuring modules are halved, there is no possibility of using a built-in uninterruptible power supply, expansion boards, a security loop and a remote digital thermometer for measuring atmospheric temperature.Sensors for the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries, where compliance with sanitary and epidemiological standards is required. SB-05 consists of:

• the base (back of the case), which houses the built-in power supply (in the upper compartment) and the connection board (in the lower compartment);
• the main unit containing the computer board and the display and keyboard panel;
• covers of the connection board compartment with hermetic leads.
