Heat meters are designed to measure and account for the amount of thermal energy, volume and mass flow, volume and mass, temperature and pressure of the coolant in open and closed systems of water heat supply, heat consumption and heat dissipation; volume and mass flow, volume and mass, temperature and pressure of water in water supply and sanitation systems; volume flow, volume, temperature and the pressure of liquid media (water, milk, juices, alcoholic beverages with an ethyl alcohol content of up to 60%, etc.) in the pipelines of technological equipment, including those used in the food industry.

The main modules of the heat meter:

• System unit (SB) - performs the functions of calculation, data archiving, support of communication interfaces, provides stable power to all elements of the heat meter;
• Measuring modules (IM) are designed to measure the flow rate, temperature and pressure of a liquid. The basis of the measuring module is an electronic unit to which primary converters are connected. The electronic unit converts the signals of the primary converters into flow, temperature and pressure values and transmits them in digital format to the SB.
