Expansion boards UPP et al .

Expansion boards in heat meters allow you to expand the functionality of the device. Some examples of functions that can be implemented using expansion cards:

  • Data transmission via various additional interfaces.
  • Writing archives to a USB flash drive.
  • Printing protocols to a printer.
  • Output of measurement results in the form of current or frequency signals.
  • Regulation of coolant temperature in heating and hot water supply systems.

Expansion cards are installed in standard connectors (slots) on the motherboard of the system unit of the heat meter. They do not require changing the device software and do not affect the accounting function itself.
